Morning drop off will begin at 9 am every day in the front office. Students must be accompanied by an adult at drop-off. Programming starts promptly at 9:30 am, so don't be late!
Pick up begins at 3:30 pm. All students must be picked up by 4 pm. Students may only be picked up by authorized adults with a valid government issued photo ID. You will have the opportunity to list up to four individuals authorized to pick your camper up each day in your enrollment paperwork, OR provide permission for campers ages 12 and up walk home on their own.
Can my child check themselves in and out of camp?
All participants are minors and, as such, must be directly supervised by adults at all times. Participants must be accompanied by an adult until they have been signed in each day. Participants must be checked out by an authorized adult unless they are age 12 or older and their parent/guardian provides permission for them to walk home on their own.
What’s the procedure for lunch and snacks?
Participants are expected to bring a water bottle, a lunch and two snacks every day. We will be very active throughout programs, and participants will likely need more nutrition than usual.
Your main Instructors will be Rob, Adam, Adelle, Chuck, and Ben, but others will be helping out too! Instructor bios are on the Location & Staff page.
Can my child take medications at camp?
Instructors will hold and dispense medications in accordance with the submitted registration form. Campers may not self-medicate while under our supervision, with the exception of using a prescribed inhaler.
Can my child use a restroom at camp that aligns with their gender identity?
Both gender-neutral and gendered bathrooms are available. Participants are encouraged to use the bathrooms they feel best aligns with their identity.
Can I visit camp as an adult?
Adults are welcome during pick-up and drop-off times. For safety reasons, non-program adults are not allowed to visit in person during program time. During emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, the Program Director or Course Director may allow exceptions to this on a case by case basis, but they must be approved ahead of time.

Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm PST.
What are you doing to mitigate the risk of COVID-19?
Staff are tested regularly and may not interact with campers if they have a positive result. We ask that any campers who are experiencing any symptoms of illness do not attend camp and any participant who reports symptoms will be removed from their group and sent home at the earliest possible time. While not mandatory, students are encouraged to wear masks. Campers will have access to hand sanitizer and washing stations throughout programs and will be required to wash their hands before meal or snack times.
Our full COVID-19 policies for Summer Adventure Camps can be viewed in the registration packet.
Can my child bring their cell phone?
Campers are welcome to bring cell phones but are asked to keep them off or silent and out of sight during programs. The Course Director may hold onto any phones which are being used at inappropriate times until after programs.
