Connecting and advocating for women and girls in the pursuit of leadership roles in a space where women are historically underrepresented.
This inaugural event brought to light the need for equity and inclusion in all outdoor disciplines. Groups came together to initiate dialogue and build momentum around access and opportunity for females in the outdoors and outdoor industries. Our speakers spoke with depth and knowledge, framing the questions and provided essential personal and professional experience to help map the pathways for change.
Funds raised at this event went to NWOBS programs and scholarships for women and girls in underserved communities.
